Who processes the data

What data we collect

The website collects three groups of data.

• Request data. Name, email address, organisation name, phone (if you provided it), the subject of your enquiry and the text of the message. You provide this data yourself when you submit the form on the pilot request or contact pages.
• Visit statistics. Pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, as well as actions on the page: button clicks, form submissions, use of the calculator. Collected via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation.
• Form protection. When the form is submitted, the reCAPTCHA service verifies that the action is performed by a human and returns a score. The verification data is processed by Google.

We do not collect special categories of personal data and do not ask you to send case files through the forms on this website.

Why we process the data

• To respond to your request, arrange a demonstration, prepare a quote and run the pilot.
• To understand which pages and sections are useful and to improve the site.
• To protect the site from automated submissions and spam.

On what basis

Processing request data is necessary to fulfil your request and for our legitimate interests in selling services. Analytical cookies are enabled only after your consent, which you give in the banner on your first visit; you can decline it and the website will continue to work in full.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep the website working and do not require consent. Google Analytics cookies are set only after consent. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site data in your browser settings.

Before consent is given, analytics runs in an anonymised mode, without cookies.

To whom the data is transferred

• Google — analytics and form protection services. Data may be processed outside your country under standard contractual clauses.
• Resend — email delivery: a notification about the request and a confirmation for you.
• Hosting provider — website hosting. The provider processes data on our instructions.

We do not sell or transfer data to third parties for their own marketing.

How long we retain it

• Correspondence on requests — [period, e.g. 24 months] from the last contact.

Your rights

How we protect it

Only employees who handle requests as part of their duties have access to them. Data transfer between your browser and the website is protected by encryption. Service secrets are stored outside the website directory.

Case files

This document covers the website only. The processing of case files within the platform itself is described separately in the security section and is governed by the contract with the client organisation; during a pilot the files are processed in the environment chosen by the client.
