Each module is a short exercise on a training case: 20–30 minutes of theory and work with the files. It ends with an assignment checked by a tutor.
How volumes and sheets are structured, what to do with scans that have no text layer, and how to read the manual recognition review queue.
How a reference becomes a fragment, how "citation verified" differs from "source not matched", and why the latter is a normal signal.

Administrator's course
Checking the requirements, installation, the domain and certificate, the first administrator, the linking code for the mobile apps.
The "role → provider" table, your own keys or our balance, fallbacks in case of provider failure, and key checking.
Limit levels, warning and stop thresholds, auto top-up, and export of spend by case.
The update procedure, what happens to the files, and verifying restoration from a backup.
The firm's own Telegram bot, group chats per case, the client portal, and connecting external sources.
Service logs, the state of the processing queue, and what to do when a model provider degrades.
Materials and webinars
Access to the materials stays with the firm: new employees follow the same path, and we work through complex scenarios together.
After the course there is a practical assignment on a training case. Those who pass receive an internal certificate confirming that the lawyer can work with verifiable citations and read a debate verdict.
The certificate is useful within the firm for assigning roles and onboarding new employees — and for assessing contractor partners.
Two 60-minute sessions are part of the 14-day pilot. After that we tailor the programme to your practice and your team's roles.
